I did one electricity bill payments (ORDER ID-TC[protected]] dated 12.01.24. this was showing successful in Talkcharge but weren't even reflecting in the Electricity provider's website.
After 5 days on 17.01.24, I got a message from Talkcharge saying that the payments was unsuccessful and money was refunded to my account.
I tried again on 18.01.24 (ORDER ID-TC[protected] and now it's stuck in the same way - successful in Talkcharge but not reflecting in provider's website.
Also, their whatsapp responses are very very slow nowadays.
Please help me out as my due date is fast approaching and I don't know whether my money will be paid or refunded. Was this information helpful? |
