I have deposited my hard earned money in the talkcharge wallet
and now this wallet is closed without returning my money...

As per offer, cashback not provided/ credited by talkcharge to my account, and they freeze my wallet from amount withdraw. my account linked with account no - [protected] and email id - [protected]@gmail.com. its freeze from last 6 months. my amount of loss is 12500/- assist me to recover amount.

other than my wife Mrs. Mungeri Khatun, mob. no. - [protected] and email id- [protected]@gmail.com wallet also freeze and amount of freezing amount is - 12500/- also. please assist me to recover amount.

no response received from talkcharge received yet.

This talkcharge has cheated us

I have made a transaction through TalkCharge for making an Eleactricity Payment using credit card with the order id-TC[protected] on 14 Mar, 24, 14:08:27 for the amount of Rs.15833.

The money debited for the card and the transaction got failed at TalkCharge. Had caht with customer care and they asked wait for 72 hours the money will be refunded to the original source, but so far there is no resolution.

the registerd number is -[protected].

Kindly check and process the refund immediately.

I haved added Rs.9999 into Talkcharge wallet with promocode AC25k for bank cashback on[protected] and updated Bank details also

I have not received any credit transaction from Talkcharge till now[protected] but when i enquired them on whatsapp support they said partner bank issue at their end on[protected] and still giving same answers for couples of times asked.

It seems to be they are doing BIG FRAUD in the form bank cash back offers

In my wallet have around rs30000
But on doing recharge always failed
Also shows wallet limit reached

From last 2 months all rechage failed
Also not a single money used

I have added mt money in talk charge wallet around 4 lakh rupees. But they have blocked or freeze my wallet and they have already taken additional amount which 30000 to unlock my account but they did not unlock my account i could not pay any bills or recharge through this wallet. All transactions got failed. They are not refunding my money which is blocked. And they are also not unblocking my wallet account. They have set monthly capped limit on my wallet. But after all i could not used my money in this wallet please i request my money should be refunded in my account. I do not need any cashback. I need my money which directly added from credit cards. Which is more then 4 lakh. They have closed there office.

I am having bitter experience. On 18th Jan I executed a transaction ie payment to BSES new delhi Rs 5400 plus Rs 1080 convenience fee . Talk charge confirmed transaction is successful but BSES not received the payment. I have to pay penal fees for delay payment to BSES as talk charge never remitted the payment. I got back money from talk charge after more than a month that too with repeated follow up and reminders. Again transaction done during the last 2 month all transaction are failed but money debited to my wallet and lying with Talk charge. They are horrible.

I made an payment rs 455 through Talkcharge on 6th march 24, UPI transaction ID[protected] which was unsuccessful but the amount is deducted from my account so i raise an complaint for refund by whatsapp chat and also by mail to [protected]@talkcharge with all details. i got an replay on dated 10th march as follow,

Unfortunately your recharge was failed.!

We are embarrassed that you had experienced this. Your recharge for Airtel Number was unsuccessful.

We have already processed your refund for the failed order back into your TalkCharge Wallet which you can use while transact with us in future. Please note that this isn't something we'd wanted you to experience. Sorry for the trouble!

after that i frequently take follow up for the same bt every time they said under process. till date today 21 march 24 i did not get any response also any refund as well

From February 17th, I am unable ro pay my water bill/mobile recharges despite trying several times. All payments fail. Only add money works always. They dont lift the phone and have a fixed set of answers. They started charging convenience fee of 20% on bill value. Later on I purchased something called as priority pass which said NO Recharge & Bill Payment Updation & Failure Issue (Your TC Account will be mapped with Premium API Provider). Access to Dedicated Priority Customer Support. Once I made the payment of 6000, nothing changed. Whwn i try to make a payment, convenience fee was being added. Finally after a week, the fee was removed but when I tried to pay a bill/recharge, it kwpt failing multiple times. I request cyber crime/RBI or concerned authorities to take action/jail them for financial fraud to all Talkcharge customers who put faith in thwm by putting large sums of money in the company

They have stopped to use wallet for all transactions to eat all money

I have loaded my talkcharge wallet using my credit card to pay for my Utility bills and mobile recharges on 17th Feb 2024. after i loaded the money to my wallet they are not allowing me to pay or use the money which I have loaded to my wallet.
I have wrote couple of mails but no solution provided.

I would be great if they can refund the money to my card or refund by using any other means or let me use it to pay for utility bills or buy gift cards.

I had deposited a sum of Rs.49, 999 (Transaction ID: TC[protected] in Talkcharge ‘Get Rs.2, 00, 000 in bank account with deposit of Rs.49, 999 in 10 months’ scheme, which carried a promocode ‘BANK200K’. As per the said scheme, a cashback sum of Rs.1 was credited to my wallet on the very next day, i.e., 03.02.2024. However, no cashback (it was supposed to be Rs.15, 251) was credited to my bank account on 03.03.2024. On writing to the company, they had assured me that the missing cashback would be credited within 7 working days. But, even today no money was credited. I feel that I have been cheated by that company and appropriate legal measures are being taken.

I have loaded money in talkcharge wallet but I am unable to do any bill payments through it. Everytime I try to pay any bill, it gets failed but my money get deducted. I want to use my money successfully.

Talkcharge given me offer add money to walet and will get cashback in bank every month. One month is passed but I havent recieved any cashback to my bank account.
I have also provided bank account detials on the link they provided but no money credited.
Also I had paid Re 4450 for priorty pass activation but its still not activated after a week. It was told it will get activate in 48hours so all my bills will get successfull post buying priority pass.
I had multiple followup on chat mail but no propee response.
Dont add any new money in wallet now...
Once this all issues will resolved then only we can trust this company

All recharges are failing . And my cash is stuck in talkcharge wallet.

I want do a Bill Payment of Electricity Bill of 723Rs.on 09/03/2024.But my ORDER FAILED and Amount also DEBITED from my TALKCHARGE WALLET. I can't able do any TRANSACTION on my TALKCHARGE WALLET AMOUNT .I also Complaint regarding it with TALKCHARGE but no any proper Response from that side.Please REFUND MY AMOUNT.Please take any Action Against this App.Thanks

I have invested more then 3 lakhs Rs. in talk charge wallet, Till December 2023, everything was working fine, but now they started new rules every time for wallet balance uses in recharges & bill payments. Firstly huge money for priority pass and after taking priority pass also we are unable to use our money as they capped limit on our wallet balance, now again asking for money to taking again priority pass for no limit cap & no bill failure issue. We cannot pay amount from our wallet balance for taking priority pass also.
In short our money is stuck with them and they are playing with lots of customers as they are giving cashback in their wallet which is not usable.

Talkcharge as recharge app - Money loaded in the wallet for recharge purpose. Tried to recharge through this app, transaction failed but amount got deducted. Not able to recharge and utilities. Amount got locked in the talkcharge wallet. Need amount as reversal.
