I am not able to do recharge please release my Hard earned money
This talkcharge has cheated us...

In my wallet have around rs30000
But on doing recharge always failed
Also shows wallet limit reached

From last 2 months all rechage failed
Also not a single money used...

I am having bitter experience. On 18th Jan I executed a transaction ie payment to BSES new delhi Rs 5400 plus Rs 1080 convenience fee . Talk charge confirmed transaction is successful but BSES not received the payment. I have to pay penal fees for delay payment to BSES as talk charge never remitted the payment. I got back money from talk charge after more than a month that too with repeated follow up and reminders. Again transaction done...

I made an payment rs 455 through Talkcharge on 6th march 24, UPI transaction ID[protected] which was unsuccessful but the amount is deducted from my account so i raise an complaint for refund by whatsapp chat and also by mail to [protected]@talkcharge with all details. i got an replay on dated 10th march as follow,

From February 17th, I am unable ro pay my water bill/mobile recharges despite trying several times. All payments fail. Only add money works always. They dont lift the phone and have a fixed set of answers. They started charging convenience fee of 20% on bill value. Later on I purchased something called as priority pass which said NO Recharge & Bill Payment Updation & Failure Issue (Your TC Account will be mapped with Premium API Provider)....

They have stopped to use wallet for all transactions to eat all money...

I have loaded my talkcharge wallet using my credit card to pay for my Utility bills and mobile recharges on 17th Feb 2024. after i loaded the money to my wallet they are not allowing me to pay or use the money which I have loaded to my wallet.
I have wrote couple of mails but no solution provided.

I would be great if they can refund the money to my card or refund by using any other means or let me use it to pay for...

I had deposited a sum of Rs.49, 999 (Transaction ID: TC[protected] in Talkcharge ‘Get Rs.2, 00, 000 in bank account with deposit of Rs.49, 999 in 10 months’ scheme, which carried a promocode ‘BANK200K’. I have loaded money in talkcharge wallet but I am unable to do any bill payments through it. Everytime I try to pay any bill, it gets failed but my money get deducted. I want to use my money successfully....

Talkcharge given me offer add money to walet and will get cashback in bank every month. One month is passed but I havent recieved any cashback to my bank account.
I have also provided bank account detials on the link they provided but no money credited.
Also I had paid Re 4450 for priorty pass activation but its still not activated after a week. It was told it will get activate in 48hours so all my bills will get successfull...

All recharges are failing . And my cash is stuck in talkcharge wallet....

I want do a Bill Payment of Electricity Bill of 723Rs.on 09/03/2024.But my ORDER FAILED and Amount also DEBITED from my TALKCHARGE WALLET. I can't able do any TRANSACTION on my TALKCHARGE WALLET AMOUNT .I also Complaint regarding it with TALKCHARGE but no any proper Response from that side.Please REFUND MY AMOUNT.Please take any Action Against this App.Thanks

I have invested more then 3 lakhs Rs. in talk charge wallet, Till December 2023, everything was working fine, but now they started new rules every time for wallet balance uses in recharges & bill payments. Firstly huge money for priority pass and after taking priority pass also we are unable to use our money as they capped limit on our wallet balance, now again asking for money to taking again priority pass for no limit cap & no bill failure...

Talkcharge as recharge app - Money loaded in the wallet for recharge purpose. Tried to recharge through this app, transaction failed but amount got deducted. Not able to recharge and utilities. Amount got locked in the talkcharge wallet. Need amount as reversal....

Recently talkcharge is looting me and my wallet balance is struct and i'm unable to use my wallet balance for any services like mobile recharges, power bills, DTH recharges...and everything are failed. I'm unable to use my wallet balance. Pls. some body help me to giet out of this fraud. They are completely cheating all the customers, RBI, IT and Police want involve and raid the company and close their firm settle our wallet balance. Now...

I am not able to use my talkcharge wallet balance from 13 days to make successful transaction and now they are saying to take priority pass 47, 999 Rs. to make successful transaction.
Priority pass charge is very high and they are trapping to old users forcefully in this.

Finally I have one way, to escalate this issue to consumer court and RBI....

Initially offered like add some amount into wallet and simultaneously you will get amount of add into wallet based on trust from 2017 have added not I was not able to make any transaction every transaction getting failed...

Talkcharge is fraud company since 2019 I am using its serive, now talkcharge cheat us no reply no solution, even puchased priority pass. My all tranjection failed and money decaded with 20% processing fee, now I cant use my wallet money and I payed 44999 money also to priority pass but no result, no reply, no answer, no solution, I am so sad, very bad, I am so disappointed, talkcharge play with our imotions, I believed. My 3.2 lakh money...

As a friend and user, I want to advise you please stop current high cashback promo code adding money plan & convience fees from bill payment and give reasonble cashback without any convience fees of bill payment what you were giving to us in starting phase of talkcharge.

I have read many complaints of current scenario where you are not able to deliver good service while you were giving good service...
