I made DJB bill payment on 16th December 2022 amount Rs.16712.its show successful and amount was debited and bill not updated. On 13th January, I contact through whatsapp talkcharge care they replied taking 3 24-48 working hours to update but till now no update and amount not refunded. this is the transaction ID TC[protected]

    I have paid a bill of DJB on Talkcharge app vide order id TC[protected] on 16th of December 2022. Talkcharge claimed the bill payment was successful, however the bill kept showing as pending. When I contacted with DJB, they denied receiving the payment. Request you to resolve this issue.

      I made tamilnadu electricity bill payment on 1st December. the service number[protected] amount Rs.12382.its show successful and amount was debited and bill not updated.3rd December i contact through whatsapp talkcharge care they replied taking 3working days to update but 8working days finished till now not update and amount not refunded.this is the transaction ID TC[protected].

        TalkCharge — Wallet debited but torrent power bills not paid by talkcharge

        My talkcharge registered mobile number is [protected] from that account, on 21/10/2022 I have paid 2 bills of Torrent Power, Ahmedavad on same day bearing service number 857562 and 43271 and amt is 5020 and 4500 respectively paid successful from my wallet balance but still on 25/10/2022 it's not credit in my torrent power a/c and bills are not paid by talkcharge. So please today pay both the bills ASAP....

        I paid a bill of DHBVNL on Talkcharge website vide Operator ID : TXN[protected] on 9th of July 2022. The website claimed the bill payment was successful, however the bill kept showing as pending. I inquired with Talkcharge customer support multiple times and every time they claimed that the bill is paid from their end successfully. When I contacted DHBVN, they denied receiving the payment. It has been more than 2 months since this happened...

        I Tried to pay electricity bill which was failed, i wrote mail to talkcharge
        they refund but next time it gets failed again & again
        i am afraid to be a big fraud
        there was about 35000 in wallet, i am unable to use it, now how i can remove my amt
        please help me

          Sir,
          My mobile number and talk charge id is [protected], I had purchased Big bazar voucher of 2000 rs from talkcharge company on 17th December 2021. I tried to redeem on Big Bazar merchant store but Manager on duty said store has been closed their outlets in DELHI and they refused to redeem the voucher. My voucher is valid for one year till 17th December 2022.

          So I mail and whats'app to Talk charge support that Big Bazar merchant has refused to redeem the voucher. So return voucher amount in my talk charge wallet. But talk charge official also refused to return amount.

          In the above matter customer is getting loss of 2000 Rs. without any foul play. Therefore please make justice to customer.

            Sir,
            My mobile number and talk charge id is [protected], I had purchased Big bazar voucher of 2000 rs from talkcharge company on 17th December 2021.               This is with reference to Transaction ID TC[protected] dated 23rd June 2022. Yet the amount is not credited in MGVCL. I have received reminder from MGVCL.

              I also approached to MGVCL Vadodara local office with above transaction ID details. But they are telling that amount is not received at their end. Please either provide me refund of this amount or let me know reference number of your transaction to MGVCL (MGVCL is telling that TC[protected] is not traceable in their system).

                Mne Talkcharge se electricity bill pay kra tha but mere wallet se amount cut ho gya but unhon bill payment nhi kra. Jb Talkcharge support se mne WhatsApp pr baat kri to unhone bola maximum 3 days me bill payment hota hai... Mne 3 din intzar kra, but bill pay nhi kra Talkcharge ne or na koi refund issue kra. Fir mne WhatsApp support se baat kri or unko btaya already last date of bill payment khtm ho gae hai or ab me pay krunga to muje extra...

                  Hi team Talkcharge,

                  The subjected "TC[protected] & TC[protected]" are not processed by Talkcharge today from registered mobile number - [protected] (Sakshi.[protected]@gmail.com).

                  However, in both transactions the money debited from credit card and bank account (via UPI).

                  I HAVE ATTRACTED THE TRANSACTION DETAILS.
                  Confirmation message from Bank -

                  "Dear Customer, Your transaction of Rs 279.63 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary CCAVENUES account XXXXXXXXIPAY on 15/01/2022 08:05:10 with RRN[protected]. In case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank."

                  Please revert my money.

                    TalkCharge — Regarding blocking my recharge as queued for order TC0220101132520023792

                    Please be informed that I recharged my wallet with rs 4999 and then started recharging my phone with various new year offers. But suddenly noticed that amount was deducted from my wallet and the recharge was queued. This is seriously bitter experience and I am not happy with using talkcharge....

                    Hallo sir, my talkcharge account [protected] and my email id [protected]@gmail.com, my wallat recharge in dec 21 under u r msg Flat4010 am recharge 4999/- at time my wallet balance of Rs. 5155 but quri is not recharge any mobile or bill payment...not dudect ...plz received my complain and salve my problem...confirm to mee mail...                     And money not refunded back.

                          I have login via talk charge for the payment of my electricity bill, BSES on 14 July. 2021 from Delhi. And money was deducted from my debit card. No payment was done. I got a message saying money has been deducted by a firm in Mumbai named CCAVENUE33191994.
