I placed an order only worth INR 1399 later I cancelled the order and called the company, they said they do not have a refund policy and I asked them to deliver the product to the given address. I have not heard back from them since then.

I had experienced the same issue. My order has been listed as processing for a week now.They don't do refunds kr exchange and they have an unresponsive customer care too. Just scammed
