After that there was no response from the company, I tried contacting them through their WhatsApp, phone call, email but no response at all. Website says that order dispatches in 1-2 days but still the product is not dispatched even after a week .I ordered a real madrid player version jersey order no-212915 on 22 may 2024 and paid 1388 rs online
but still didn’t receive any confirmation about the dispatch...

I had purchased a football jersey from the website on 28th February for 1500 Rs/-, after that I only got a confirmation email that payment has been received, after that there was no response from the company, I tried contacting them through their WhatsApp, phone call, email but no response at all
I read other reviews on websites about this company, and I strongly believe that are scamsters. I realised it afterwards . It's been a week since the purchase and there is absolutely no response . I even tried to cancel it but no response as usual

Being a customer I should have rated you 0 stars or even negative is this how you do business??? Even after complaining there is no prompt response from ur customer service team even after making calls or emails. Very dissatisfied and disappointed....

I was told i will receive in 8-9 days when my order was shipped on 9 nov. I had placed the order on 11 oct. I received no shipping msg on my phone number. So many days have gone by. It was a custom order. It is still showing shipped but the tracking number given is of previous order. Kindly resolve this problem.

This is Srikkanth M, I have ordered 3 items in Talkfootball site with worth of 3.5 K on 1st of Nov-23.

After that i didn't get any response about my order. I tried to get touch with customer care via whatsapps and email but no response.

So i cancelled the order and still there is not update regarding the refund process.

Seems this website is fake and cheating peoples. Please stop this website.

I placed an order from this website for a jersey for an amount of rs. 1698. When I tried to contact them as the items were not dispatched for so long there was no response. So I canceled my order and now they are not refunding me my money. Please help me to get my money back.

I ordered a jersey for 899 rupees/-), to which i paid and got the payment confirmation on mail. Later after an hour i wanted to cancel the order and place order for another jersey to which i requested cancellation and got the order cancelled, then i talked to the support team to get the refund or find an alternate solution to which they said to select another jersey and send the screenshot of it which i did as per guided. Since then i have been getting late responses without any clarity and no solution has been found till now it has been 16days and no information is provided. I have the screenshot of payment and the order that was placed. Please look into this matter

I had ordered for a jersey and did online payment on 31st august, the order number mail to me was 169707, then on it has been a week but i have not received my order, the amount pf Rs. 1, 049 has been taken from my account and i have tried to call them ample number of times, sent them mail, whatsapped them, none of them are picking up my calls or answering

Didn't receive order and no refund or response from Talk football vendor. Been following up for an update and my order for many days now. It's been 3 weeks and no proper response from Talkfootball company. My order is also not sent to me. I am at loss of 3000 here. I need compensation for the stress I am going through.

I have order an Argentinian Jersey with the 2022 world cup badges for which I had to pay extra money. They delivered my jersey but without the badges and later they told that they will redeliver the badges because at that time the badges were out of stock. On Monday they sent me a message the they have the stocks now it's today is Friday and there was no update regarding that and I have called them for more than 30 times but there were no reply from them and it has been nearly one month I have the jersey but I am not able to use them without the badges.

I placed an order only worth INR 1399 later I cancelled the order and called the company, they said they do not have a refund policy and I asked them to deliver the product to the given address. I have not heard back from them since then.

Order 87511, i haven't received the order yet, no response from their customer service, worst customer service, they do not recieve the call at all, the order was RTO have asked for new shipment details but still no one is responding, it's been more than 20 days i haven't recieved the order....

Worst customer care service, no one receives the call or bothers to read the email written, same format is copied and sent everytime. I need my order to be delivered asap, asked for a refund also but no response again, please help.

Talk Football online jersey store is a worst experience. My son ordered Argentina Jersey but it was not delivered. Instead they sent some other tracking number of different person whom his jersey was delivered. Still I ordered another jersey with COD option. This time they delivered wrong size, now they are not responding to any return requests. They dont reply and dont pickup phones.

I haven't received either any updates or refund even after I cancelled the order 5 days ago. Their emails aren't responsive and the phone number has been disconnected.

I had orderded Juventus jersey with shorts of Medium size. I got the product in time but the product they delivered is wrong. The jersey delivered is correct but the shorts is of larger size and of a PSG football club.

Since no channel of communication is give on the web page, I contact them through email add that i got through google search. But i dont get reply there too.
