I am arun working on tally erp.9 serial number is[protected].
Yesterday one of my company’s data got corrupted and i contact tally to get it done. This issue was not able to solved by your junior executives so they told me that you will receive the call from higher department they will do it. Firstly the juniors waste my time of approx 2 hours yesterday by saying do this do that, business solution but not getting proper response and today my tally data also got corrupted.

Ours is trading firm. I had purchased this software in october ver. Tally erp.9 vr. 4.93 and after some queries it was implemented successfully but after updating to tally 9 erp. Vr. 5 i. E a major release i couldn't able to access vat features and hence could not filed vat returns in time and facing penalties till date. All the company says in future updates it will be resolved but till date after so many updates it does not solve my problem.

Sir I Mr Debraj Agrawal From Bangomunda (Odisha) Purchased Tally ERP 9 From Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.and they had provided us a toll free number for any further issue that is [protected].Forthre I had a issue that Tally has no place for putting DL Number (Drug Licence ) in Sale Invoice.I intimate my issue to tally solutions by call that toll free number on 15th Jan 2014.But they did not take any action yet.

This is regarding Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. accounting software ERP9.
There's a bug in the system for Delhi VAT Annexure 2B whereby the unregistered Dealers are being captured in the report.

The report should club all these unregistered Dealers in one place.

We have reported this issue in the month of Oct 2012 and were assured that it would be resolved at the earliest with the next release.

Numerous mails regarding this have been sent and everytime they have a standard reply that they are looking into the issue and it would be resolved soon.

The problem is that after spending on such a costly Gold package we have to generate the reports manually.

Tally is minting money by charging annual dot net subscription and suggesting to buy add-ons and customization.
They are hardly concerned about the Users who are facing issue with the software.

Am tired of writing to these people.

It's a perfect case of cheating.
