Tambaram Municipality — daily collection of garbage | |||
We reside in manimegalai street east tambaram. The garbage collection vehicle is not coming to our area daily. The bins provided at street ends are also removed. Your people collect garbage once in three days (We are not sure when they will come). Till then these garbage is kept in the house. When you advise throwing garbage is not healthy, what about keeping and living with same inside the house. Advise your concerned staff and arrange to collect daily basis. Another issue is even they come they come to collect the garbage at around 11am or after. As you know most of the people leave for work early by 8 am. Nobody will be available to dispose the garbage at 11am or after. The tambaram municipality collecting extra tax for cleaning garbage has to lookin the matter so the we can keep the area clean together. Was this information helpful? | |||

In our street at Mallika Nagar 1st Street, West Tambaram there are nearly 6-7 dogs which are creating nuisance like digging the soil in our backyard. During late evening they are attacking the people who are passing by. Children's are afraid to come out and play . I request you to do something regarding this serious issue! Thank you

An old unused car is parked in our street and is being used for illegal activities for more than 1 year. Miscreants are hiding behind to drink alcohal and wastages are being dumped near the car. Please tow the car as early as possible.

We are residing at Jaya Vijaya Apartments. Newly constructed flats Arul Nagar, after Santosh Vidyalaya school, Arul Nagar Main Road, Peerkam karnai. We are facing a lot of problems as the garbage collection is very poor in this area. Once in two or three days only one man is coming and collecting the garbage. As he is not regular we are forcing to throw it in the neighboring empty plot, causing attracted by lot of dogs and pigs. I request you please make arrangement for lifting the same in a regular basis.

There is an empty plot in Jagjeevanram street, Anandapuram area of east tambaram, which is a garbage hoarding area. The garbage collection is pathetic here and they come only once a week for collection. So the residents throw their waste here, and it is an unsightly and unhygienic place causing many health hazards . Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
