Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of Plot No: 2, Annai Aravindhar Street, Ashtalakshmi Nagar (Moogambigai Nagar Extension), Mudichur Road, West Tambaram, Chengalpattu District, Chennai – 600045 for the past ten years.

This is to make a complaint that next to my housing plot, there is an empty land (Plot no#3) where adjacent drainage line is leaking and entering into a vacant land and thereby formed a pond permanently and on top of it, garbage is also dumped by surrounding Neighbours because of garbage collection is not happening regularly in my area which comes under Tambaram Municipal limit.

Now, it stinks very badly; it also causes health hazards and Mosquitoes to breed, poisonous insects and snakes which are entering into surrounding houses and because of such life threatening situations, we are spending sleepless nights every day.

Hence, I request your quick intervention and further action to direct the concerned to rectify the drainage line immediately and clear the garbage in the vacant land and help us to live in a healthy atmosphere.

Herewith, I enclose photos of the drainage pool and dumped garbage in the vacant land.

Despite repeated instructions not to burn plastics, napkins and garbage a on the streets, the garbage collector does the same thing again and again, which gives out lots of pungent and bad smoke that is absolutely bad for the health of humans, kids and passerby animals of the area. It is really disgusting and questions our mind the need to collect garbage a separately for greens and plastics with lots of effort, which is going a waste as well as creating a bad environmental pollution by burning plastics, sanitary napkins, diapers and other undesirable wastes in and around the residing locality. Request you to take corrective action against the garbage collectors, who shouldn't be burning anything apart from dried leaves on the area of residence, by punishing them and educating them suitably to fulfill their job efficiently.

Sir, my name is Reshmi. Living in s.r colony, 3rd Street, madambakkam.there is a park in 3rd Street which is closed for several years. Now it's full of snakes.kids are also playing nearby . Make sure to clean the park and open it so dat people and kids nearly by can use it .

At the same time in front of our appartment peoples use to dispose waste . Garbage is also not collected by garbage collector so dat neighbours surrounding are disposing waste again and again..while complaint no action is taken.

I live at Rajagopal Nagar, Kadaperi. There is a park near my house which is not in use. Please clean the park and bring back it to use again. It will be very helpful for walking and relaxing for old age people and kids in our area.

Neighbours are staring to dispose waste in front of appartment. And those who are coming for garbage collecting we are telling them to clean dat from.last November till now they are not taking any action
. Pls do the needful

Mangala Vinayakar temple steet of LIC Colony, Tambaram end street light is not burning for the past 10 days.
Since it is in end of the street, if it is not burning, it is high security risk.

I am leaving in Solomon street, east tambaram.
Weekly 2 days, mostly on Tuesday and Friday garbage disposal vehicle coming to our street. At times they will come only once in a week.

Let me come to the point .2 days is not at all enough. Keeping the garbage for almost three days will affect the sanity and even will spread numerous diseases.

Also last week workers asked us to split the waste into organic and inorganic. I appreciate this initiative and did the same.

But they wanted me to store dry leaves in inorganic waste. How come dry leaves comes under inorganic waste?

As you know This is fall season. Enormous amount of leaves are falling. If I am supposed to store dry leaves in organic waste I need extra garbage box.

Do you think it's our duty to split and store these in separate boxes.

First of all understand It's your duty. You must get a machine to split this waste into organic and inorganic. We are paying tax for it.

Okay I understand. We are in a populated country and garbage disposal for this much mass I tedious

We people here ready to help you with your work. You also must be ready to get our complaint and work on it .

Send garbage disposal atleast 3 days a week. And provide awareness to the disposal team about organic and inorganic waste.

We have registered a complaint in person in Tambaram municipality office before 2 days regarding drainage problem ( sewage water from road entered the house, its been a great nuisance)

We have been trying to contact the office through phone, but no one has answered.
Request you to take appropriate action immediately

Am resident of Plot no.835, Thiruvenkadam street, Tambaram west.

Adjacent to my house there is a open ground plot no.834 which is for the past 8 years used as dust bin. Despite my several request no one listen to my plea around my area not to put the garbages.

Once in a month the corporation official instead of removing the garbage simply setting fire and going which is also creating foul smell.

Now added to this yesterday one stray dog died and unimaginable foul smell is comming.

I requested one of the battery van people to remove the dog atleast. He demands Rs. 500/- and vanished.

Request you to kindly arrange to do something asap.

It has been almost 4 days garbage lorry has not come to.our street this is happening requerly they come 3 days or 4 days once.please kindly take necessary action.

I am living in west tambaram, moogambigai nagar and here garbage collectors are not coming regularly to collect the garbage. they are coming only once or twice in a week which makes us to store the garbages in our home which is leading to some health hazards. Kindly take necessary action.

Garbage collectors are coming only once or twice in a week to collect the garbage's which leads to some health hazards in home as we are keeping the garbages inside the home as all the trash can outside is not in use and prohibited to put garbage in those can. Kindly take necessary action and make them to come daily in order to collect the garbage.

I am writing from Arul Nagar, Irumbhuliyur, East Tambaram. There are so many stray dogs in this area creating so much trouble. One of the dogs is howling all the time. Please take the necessary action.

Peoples like bachelors are facing issues in disposing our garbage. Garbage collectors are coming in noon, so we cant able to dispose our garbage since there is no garbage bin. So kindly advice the collectors to come early before 9am. This will be helpful for bachelors and some families

Please construct the road in Kannan nagar, near camp road junction. No work is done for the last 2 months .There is no possibility for people to take their vehicles out of their homes. In case of emergency people cant take their vehicles. I request you to please construct the Kannan Street, Kannan nagar (near camp road junction).

Hi Sir/Madam,

A person near my neighborhood burns the garbage in open environment daily. We have told him that this is illegal and he should not do this.
I am pregnant, I get breathing trouble due to this.
He doesn't dispose the garbage properly and always burns in open space.
Request you to pls interven to solve the issue.

Sir/ madam,
Tambaram market is maintained very badly. There is no proper parking space. Too many platform vegetable shops with iron tables and big tarpaulins have occupied the roads, footpaths and platforms in duraisamy market area. When Koyambedu market the biggest vegetable market in asia is maintained strictly and properly, why can't we maintain the tambaram market. Clear all the platform vegetable shops by taking immediate action.

We are residents of pace anusa Block 1 in Service Road, Maduravoyal Byepass, kannadapalyam, Tambaram west. We have a dreadful issue of pig roaming in our neighbourhood and creating a ruckus in our area. Pigs grunting in the night disturbs sleep of senior citizens residing here who are retired government of India officials. Pigs are a health hazard and can spread swineflu during the pandemic.We request you to take necessary action to catch the pigs from our neighbourhood. Your immediate action in this matter will be highly appreciated.

Garbage bin still being used and kept open at Sathya sai nagar 3rd cross, (ward 28) Tamabaram. All garbage bins closed in and around area. So people around this area are dumping garbage In this bin. Its stinking and creating health issues. Please arrange to remove this garbage bins.

Sir,
In our house front gate the degradable garbage is stagnated for two months we have approached many times but they are not giving any response and also asking for Bribe of Rs.500 for clearing the garbage. They are collecting the garbage's and cleaning neighbours house and not cleaning ours.
Due to this there are so many mosquitoes are germinated.
Kindly take the necessary actions as soon as possible.
