Tamil Nadu Electricity Board — Cutting The Whole Tree by Jumping into The Property Without Asking Permission from The Owner of The House

We are having big tree in front of our house. Nearly 20 feet long. Some branches of tree touched eb line. While cutting tree by eb department people Jumped Into The Property and they totally cut the tree from the base without intimating people inside house. When we asked the person who cut, he was not replied any answer properly.
