For this bi-monthly billing cycle, our total amount is 31216/- which is way more than our previous bills. On top of that they have even added accd as 13640/-. This is ridiculous. Our total bill amount is 44756/-. For a 2bhk flat with minimal usage of 2ac, this amount is very much. Please do something as our due date is 13/05/2019.
