In my tneb connection supply is very low voltage and voltage fluctuation at all the times my expensive instruments are in danger situation and i can not use my machines with this low voltage . Frequent power failure approx. 5 times/day. Very poor quality of customer service and resolving problem. Unsatisfied redressal by the authorities .
Involved service region tamilnadu state, nagapattinam district, sirkali taluk, arasur power distribution, puthur village . Service number involved[protected] my rented shop,[protected] and[protected] my house. All service having the low voltage problem
input power only 150 v to 170v .Very poor electricity provided by tamilnadu generation and distribution corporation limited
