My consumer number [protected], region: 09-chennai-south, circle:401-south2, section:213-besant nagar. My online account showing "meter reading not" and asking to pay last time amount which i had already paid. The reason showed "door locked". It totally wrong and i am staying in apartment and all our meters are outside and open always for taking meter reading. Please take the reading and send the correct bill. Last time nobody visited our apartment and generated the bill randomly and asking to pay same amount for the month of sept and october 2018. It is unacceptable and need to take an action immediately. I was trying to complaints in their website and it didn't accept.
