Sir,
We are 3 sisters but my grandfather’s house(89/75 Chetty street, Kottar Nagercoil) was occupied by my elder sister Mrs N.Kanakam and her daughter Mrs K.S.Kerthika and they are not allowing me and my younger sister to enter into my house where we were born and lived at young age. Mrs Keertika is always abusing and kicking me since I am not having any child and my husband died before 21 years..Keerthika is not allowing to enter into my grandfather’s house where she has no rights, she is married but not going to her husband's house and asking my mummy by complaining to police who is asking to vacate all my things which is at my mother’s house (in that also many jewels and things was taken by her). From Kottar police station police mob no. [protected] on 30.03.2021 is asking me to come to Nagercoil during this Covid pandemic and vacate the house and settle. Before I got a call from mob no [protected] for the same matter Often getting many calls regarding this whom I am unable to identify. This is an issue of civil matter. I will see in the court. When I complained to kottar police that Keerthika is torturing me during January 2021 she was not called to police station no any enquiry or action was done.
When my husband died I got Destitute Widow certificate issued by collector office. Now I am doing job at Faridabad as a civil Engineer. My job is at different location to visit the projects Please I request to take action not to torture during my working hours. I have no one and due to torturing of my sister’s daughter Keerthika i came to north for working. I am once again requesting the police this is a civil case don’t support for them. And to take action on my sister and her daughter who are torturing me Also allow to enter into my house upto my death. I am already a cardiac patient by birth and Neurology in my later age. I face many health problems
