Respected Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring to your notice that I attempted to pay my Water Tax through the TNeSevai app using UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account; however, after the payment, an error message stating “Directory not found” was displayed, and the payment receipt was not generated.
At present, I am unable to verify whether the payment has been successfully credited against my water tax account. I am also unsure whether I should proceed with making the payment again or wait for a refund, as the payment status is not reflected.
