Dear sir/madam, TNPSC one time registration renewal paid for the renewal of OTR RENEWAL failed the amount of rs.150 through LVB debit card. It has shown a sevice unavailable but the amount had been not deducted from my account, the OTR process has not been completed and asking for another time payment. i trying to 7 working day same problem, and i inform tnpsc customer care telling like that try one more.. but still now problem not solve so pls slove the problem asap.. I have been trying to apply for group 1 exams but it showing that I have to complete OTR for application but when I try to complete otr it is showing I have already registered .Now I cannot proceed with application. Please resolve.

One aadhar number link in one OTR but forget the ID and password later created another OTR then enter the details the system shows already validated with different account that is the issue
