Tamil Nadu Registration Department [tnreginet] — Error appearing while trying to upload 'error corrected' document in the system

Please note that i have a 'error correction' registration requirement at the above sub registrar office which has been happening in the past three days right from Thursday morning.
Please note that i have a 'error correction' registration requirement at the above sub registrar office. While our document writer (Mr.SATHISHKUMAR, with his mobile number: [protected]), he was able to upload the original 'errored' document into the system, where as while he was trying to upload the 'error corrected' document, the system throw the error, the document copy of which is attached for your kind attention, please.
We have already requested the helpdesk through a mail yesterday, today and we requested over phone at the helpdesk too.
Since, my registration token generation itself is dependent on this upload insertion into the system, the error which we noticed doesn't permit us to complete the remaining process.

Hence, I request your good-selves to attend to this issue at the earliest of your convenience and kindly help us by resolving the same.
