We have opened account for society registration. After compleltion of document, we have made payment on june 27th. Due to transcation error payment is pending for a month. Kindly help us to pay and complelete this society registartion. i want to make payment for society registration. kindly help with solution....

I am secretary harveynagar resident's welfare association, Reg no: 23/1987 no2, harveynagar arasaradi, madurai 625016. Our cololy was promoted by government co operative building society A2459, by LPA layout: DRG.NO.MS-78 /1964, The (OSR playground & park) as shown in layout was fraudently documented (Document no: 4119/2010) by an unknown person to another person, we associon given complaint to IG of regesteration dated 01/09/2021 & got reply letter (ந.க.எண்5620ஆ3/2021) and enquiry letter on(ந.க.எண்;5966/ஆ2/2021) we association was not satisfied with their order, we again forwarded an appiel letter to cancell the fraudulant document, take necessory action and cancell the document to sescue the playground & park

My father, Late V.S. Periyasamy of Villambar passed away, leaving behind 5 Legal heirs. I am one of them.

Recently I came to know that my brother Mr. Elangovan, also one of the legal heirs, had bought 3/5 shares of the property inherited from my father, Vide Doc. No. 609/2019 of Kallakurichi SRO Joint 2.

I wish to ascertain the measurements of the 1/5 share of these properties and also as well as death certificates (FULL SET DOCUMENT ATTACHED PDF FILL)
1) Document With page no' of properties details :5, 6, 7, 8
2) Attached the legal heirs certificate page no; 20, 21
3) Attached EC certificate (page no; total page-5)
4) Attached the death certificates

As we are staying in Chennai, we did not know about the property being sold. they have done this without me.
so i requested to do the needful.
Kindly inform me the process as the exact location and measurements of my share of the properties cannot be determined as of now.

I have created a notice for registering marriage at special marriage act. The notice number is NSM/ONLINE/739016/2020.

I have created a notice on Paramakudi Register office [bride birthplace] on 22-sep-2020. Also, it requires an approval from the kanchipuram joint 4 register office [groom birthplace]. Generally it will take 30 days from the date notice is created.

Today when i inquired in Paramakudi register office, they said its not approved. When i inquire in kanchipuram office, they are saying notice not received at all.

When i asked to check the status, the government officers saying they unable to check/update the status.

I request you to kindly check the status of the notice and ask the required office to take action.

Madras ( Chennai ) High Court at Chennai has put a ban on registering Sale-Deed documents on Cultivation Land or Farming Lands and has passed orders of permanent injunction to register Agriculture or Cultivable Lands, but the Tamil Nadu Registration Department is not registering any Sale-Deed Documents, including house buildings or apartment flats that have been properly approved by DTCP or LPA of many City Corporations like Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Salem, etc., for the past 3 months time, making it difficult for common public purchasing house and many Flat Promoters and builders. Already the real-estate market in Tamil Nadu is in a very big slump and registration of documents have already come down a lot in the past 5 years time and now due this injunction it has adversely affected the entire real estate market of Tamil Nadu.

Registration Department Inspector General must take immediate and urgent steps to instruct all the Registrars and Sub-Registrars of all Cities and town in Tamil Nadu and send urgent, immediate circulars to concerned officials to register documents or sale-deeds of houses or apartment flats that has been approved by Chennai D.T.C.P or L.P.A. of City Corporations, by mentioning the approval details in the documents itself thereby saving several crores of rupees of revenue loss to the Tamil Nadu government. This is a very serious and urgent matter that requires immediate action. I am posting this in the hope that it may reach the necessary audience to stir some action and resolve the issue.
