We inform you 07.08.2020 I have transferred to registration dept through internet banking (SBI gateway) Rs.10104. That transaction failed, but the amount debited from my iob account Rs.10104. From 07.08.2020 still i haven't received any refund amount . I have tried many times to Registration department customer care but there is no solution. IOB customer complaint booking. They said the transaction is a successful e-receipt generated for that amount so you may contact the registration department for a refund. I asked the registration department there was no solution. I couldn't initiate a refund option from "TNREGINET" portal due to SRO & paid amount options disable. I couldn't submit without filling those options. How can we initiate the refund.
