Tanvi — suppliers ignorance

I got a cane chair suppliers contact from india mart. The supplier is from kolkata, name: shree maa sarada cane experience. I placed the order of 4 cane table with them and transferred the amount. Now at the time of delivery they delayed it and there is no response from their end for the transport details. They are not answering the calls nor are the replying to the messages even after reading them. Can you please help me with this.
