Tapgig — Nondelivery of Tablet purchased at Rs 2999/- & not refunding

Hi,

We carried out a transaction of Rs 2999/- on 13th Aug, 2020 for a purchase on a Tablet from Tapgig.in. The payment was made through PayU

As it turns out, the TapGig customer help id is not responding to our emails and the website Tapgig.in is down. It appears to be a fraudulent transaction.

Transaction information is as follows:
Date of Transaction- 13th Aug 2020
Amount - Rs 2999/-We carried out a transaction of Rs 2999/- on 13th Aug, 2020 for a purchase on a Tablet from Tapgig.in.

Since the payment was through PayU and my corporate transactions are through PayU, we thought it is safe transaction.

As it turns out, the TapGig customer help id is not responding to our emails and the website Tapgig.in is down. It appears to be a fraudulent transaction.

Cheque/Reference No[protected]

Kindly facilitate reversal of payments.
