We carried out a transaction of Rs 2999/- on 13th Aug, 2020 for a purchase on a Tablet from Tapgig.in. The payment was made through PayU

As it turns out, the TapGig customer help id is not responding to our emails and the website Tapgig.in is down. It appears to be a fraudulent transaction.

I ordered this tab for my daughter through an offer on 14th August and the product has not been delivered yet. There is no response from the vendor for my mails and i an unable to trace the contact number as well. Looks like i have been duped by this vendor but the trust factor was that i was paying through Payu Money. Please help...

On 12/08/2020, I have received a message on mobile from VK-BizSMS saying that "Price drop alert" on Tabet PC Android 10.1 inch, touch screen, 4GB/64 GB dual camera and cost of Rs.2499=00.. This was paid on 13/08/2020 in the Name of Divyanshu Jain successfully through PayU and Payment Id[protected]. Both screen shot are attached here with for your kind action please!
Since then, neither I have received any further information nor such...

We have paid for I pad 10.1* rs2499/- on 12/08/2020 but no response three reminders
I want to take action on this or put Complain to crime department on this issue please let me know what to do for this issue...

We received a message from Tapgig.in stating that Telecast tablet 10.1 inch is now available @ 2499/- instead of 9999/-
We ordered it on 11 August 2020 & paid online 2499/-
Payment confirmation message was also received.
After that, no update from the so called Tapgig.in.
Till today, no message received & hence we have lodged complaint...
