Targus Technology Pvt Ltd — Fake Service Charges for Lenovo Laptop

Hi, I would like to bring this heiglighted that Targus is cheating with customer by making false service charges just for telling the issue. I had a power problem with my Lenovo E420 laptop for which I visited Targus Technologies on 02Feb 2015 which is Lenovo service center and located at Plot No.218, Udyog Vihar, Phase-IV, Gurgaon and asked them to check the issue and repair. They made a Service Call Report and asked me to wait till the time their engineer check the problem. After some time one lady came and told me that power component and some IC is faulty which will take 5 days as not in stock. I told them I can't drop my laptop for 5 days as I am working professional and will impact my work. I request if they can tell me the faulty part no so that I can check and get it from market if they are not able to arrange. They didn't tell me the parts name or number and told me that they will email me which they didn't till date. Despite of that they charged me Rs.393 as service charge just to tell me what is the problem. I asked them while you can not provide me the solution why you are charging but they were very rude and told me that I have to pay in cash. I paid the said amount without getting any solution from Targus while they are claiming that they are service center of Lenovo. I told them that I will complain this to Lenovo, they are fine with it. I would suggest all users please be very carefull while go to Targus they are just interested to make money out of your pocket. I have doubt they din't open my laptop. Shame on Lenovo Service Center.
