Hello sir,
This is Manish from sowcarpet want to file a complaint against wine shop near my house..as the wine shops bars are closed All the winers drinking wine near my house and put there glass of wine and plastic glass and water bottel outside my house.i filed a complaint in corporation of Chennai but no action was taken.. It is difficult for the ladies to walk in the road... Plz take a serious action against wine shop
