Tasmac — even regular time also beers sale in bar with high cost instead of shop

In tirunelveli town all tasmac shops, beer only sale in bar with high cost instead of shop, even sales person routed me to purchase the beer at bar. It is correct? Then what will do by salesmen in the shop. Need to check and give the feed back.
