Tasmac — Extra amount collecting in all tasmac

I'm not complaining about any specific wine shops. all are following the same thing of getting Rs.10 extra for a beer and Rs.10 extra for a quarter, , if above this means they will collect more than that. How they are getting this from public, and who gave rights for them. Goverment offering salary for them. Then y the hell they are getting more money fr the product. If possible pls take action on it.
