Tasmac — I'm complaining about the extra charges for Liquor government TASMAC

Recently I have purchased a liquor on government Bar of ariyanur Salem. The actual MRP of the liquor is 440 but they have charged 460 which is Rs 20 extra from MRP. While I'm asking about the extra charges there is proper response from those people's and this is not a 1st time.
