Ordered for the first time from tastykhana.in using christmas discount of 80% and paid Rs. 120/- using credit card on a total bill of Rs.601. When I called the restaurant (Ada-e-Haandi, Sector-12, R.K.Puram), they informed me that I will have to pay extra Rs. 85 which I agreed to.
After waiting for 1.30 hours, the order didnot get delivered and when I called up the restaurant again, they told me that they didnot receive any order from tastykhana. I only received a verification code 250521.
Tastykhana helplines are not working. A very poor response, a poor service or rather I'd say no service at all and cheating customers of their money and invaluable time.

Restaurant didn't pick up the call after placing the order, and customer care numbers were only for calls before 11 pm. Got a confirmation call from the customer care for refund, but no follow up.
