[Resolved]  Tata Business Support Services — didn't get my PF AMT credited in my bank account

This is kamal Boro worked with TATA BUSINESS SERVICES SUPPORT LTD, and left the organization in June 2013 till now six month completed but I dint get my PF AMT credited in my bank account
My PF No is MH/PUN/120613/40944
your quick response would be highly appreciated and i wish you will resolve the issue as soon as possible coming up right to my expectations, please let me know the status by phone call or send the mail to [protected]@gmail.com
