[Resolved] Tata Capital — amount deducted from bank account but due amount still not cleared | |||||
Name: Sadhana Das Account No: 21483992 I took a loan of Rs 26, 000 from Tata Capital a few months back. Yesterday was my installment due date but when I tried paying my current overdue amount, I am got this error message saying: “Sorry we are unable to process your request right now - Invalid merchant details (ERRP004). The link to the BillDesk payment gateway page did not work properly at all. But when I checked my bank account balance, it showed that Rs 2889 was deducted but I received no confirmation message stating that the transaction was successful. I sent two emails with screenshots attached to the concerned customer care regarding this matter but nobody helped me out. I do not know what exactly was the problem but now they have started charging me late fine. Kindly look into the matter. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||||
