[Resolved] Tata Capital — amount shown as disbursed whereas builder not received it | |||
In my a/c statement against my home loan account number 9380345, with tata capital housing finance, there is an amount of rs 13, 386 disbursed to builder on 7th july 2017 whereas neither i requested tata to disburse the same nor builder has received it. Tata capital is also changing interest on it. Once inquired, tata says it was adjustment with builder, but my concern is that if bank is showing it as principal amount disbursed, i should receive receipt from builder.
