Tata Capital — complaining fraud employee who took money from me for personal loan

This person told me he provides personal loan and works in tata capitol and he told me i can get 1 lakh loan on 16% interest for 3 years. And took 3000rs as login fee for processing the loan amount and said in 10 days i will get the loan. Now this person is not picking my calls and not answering my messages.
He is a fraud. And he really works in tata capital
Please help me.
Remove such # out of the system man
