I was planning to get a personal loan and i did check my eligibility in tata captial website. Post that i received a call from the customer executive asking for my basic details and said i was eligible for 6lacs of loan amount. Then they told a executive from chennai will contact me to process the loan as my base location is chennai. So did he.
After that i have sent all the necessary documents to them and had a meetup to complete the application process. It was on 29th aug 2018. And we had multiple verification's for the same. Then they obliged to process the loan within next 2 to 3 days.
Now it is 26th sept almost a month and still i haven't received my loan amount. I would like to know the status on my loan application and the reason for the delay.
Also i would like to express my grievances as i haven't received any acknowledgement mails and their response were not at all up to the mark. Also the loan number which they gave me is throwing invalid in online "track my application" section.
Myself being a part of tata groups, i am totally dissatisfied with this.
