I have applied for pre approved personal loan from TATA capital and all the documentation an all the formalities was completed from my end. But From last 12 days my personal loan application status is showing post approval data entry called lot of times to TATA capital customer care but the called never got connected to the customer care executive every time a pre recorder voice is saying that all our executive are busy . Every time when mailed them they ask more time to resolve the query They don't know how much time exact it will take. No one is giving any proper response. This is not expected from TATA group very poor service from TATA Capital. Please Do the needfull.
