I have applied for personal loan of 40 k two months before...and signed e mandate on 24 april..still amount not credited..its a high time now.. really tired of it now...TATA CAPITAL is the worst place to look for 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡...after signing mandate you people took the authority to auto debit my account instead of crediting that amount to account, im receiving calls for another promotion purposes of tata capital and upon asking about loan, agent have no idea about it..they said loan department is different ...no way to contact you as that stupid customer care number doesn't connect from any device and any network existed...you are just making people fool...if your service and grievance team is serious about company reputation, have a courtesy to call back on [protected]... 40 k amount is just pending for internal approval since 24 april...look into this matter...CALL ME...otherwise if providing loan is out of your hands, inform me atleast...then I will be free to revoke E mandate..and look for better place..I need call back and ultimatum in 24 hrs..
