[Resolved] Tata Capital — EMI Deducted after Closing the account and reverted for 6 days | |
I have closed my loan tcfpl[protected] on 29th Oct through 17903451 request and got No Due certificate on 1st Nov 2021. After termination of Loan again EMI amount of RS. 22035/- have been withdrawn from my account (Ref:[protected] on 6th Nov 2021. Till now the amount has been refunded. When i called the customer care they are saying it will take another 6 days (till 18th Nov) to reverse the amount. How can Tata Capital can initiate EMI for the terminated Loan. If its initiated why the amount is not returned to the account till now after 6 days . Till i didn't raise the complaint 18011694 they have not even initiated the return process. Is it not a Flow in the system. If some one didn't check the msg or balance in the account Amount will be with Tata Capital only. Is it a type cheating with the customers. Even RBI says if customer amount has been credited with fail status it should returned with in 24hrs but here Tata Capital didn't even bother till i raised complaint. This really questions credibility of Tata Capital. With this Loan itself i have two different experiences which show there are Flaws in the process and they can easily keep customer money if no one raise question. When they are keeping my money with them they have to pay Interest the same which they charge for late payment. Was this information helpful? | |
