[Resolved] Tata Capital — emi deducted even though applied for moratorium. when asked for reason and refund no one is replying

A very poor service from tatacapital home loan department. They have deducted emi on an unknown date even though applied for moratorium and when asked for refund no one is replying from tcfsl team. More than 15 email i sent to customer care but no reply. Following up since july. I don't need refund but atleast they could reply on email.. When called customer care they are saying their own rules which is different from rbi. I will transfer all my home loans to other bank. Fed up following with tcfsl team.
