[Resolved] Tata Capital — EMI miss | |
I have missed one month's payment and clearly stated it to the executive that the same will be paid next month but i have been receiving continuous threats from her and misuse of language. If i had missed the payment for more than 3 months then i understand- for 1 month delay no executive can call and yell at a customer and give threats and use words like you are just a customer going and hiding? Like why will any executive talk like this- with yelling and screaming inspite of stating the same will be paid next month. The executive with ph- [protected] has been continuously calling and texting with abusive threats- i want immediate action against this lady or i am raising this issue at consumer forum irrespective of continuously stating i will pay the same next month. If the customer skipped 3 months or more payment then i understand- This was one month and it has been communicated appropriately- i still am receiving threats stating ill send executive to home and office- like what is the use when i clearly stated the same will be paid next month. This is pure abuse and i didnt expect tata capital to treat customers the way i am treated, Was this information helpful? | |
