Tata Capital — Forcefully resignation

Dear sir/mam

I am currently working in Tata capital in jaipur Vaishali Nagar branch. Last month I joined. And with me 4 other person joined but now my manager force us for resign. Without any notice and anything. He said we hired extra candidates but this not our fault how can he force us for resign
