I'm writing this inspite of reaching you customer service agent and manager this is important for me to bring to your notice harresment I had gone through
1. Tried reaching customer service unable to reach due to long wait time
2.agent place request for foreclosure and confirms tat as 5working days and when I plead to transfer call to manager to share my concern refused to transfer
3.another agent who attends my call lack of active listening though I said I'm calling for emergency help whr my is hospitalized and need to close loan so I'll get BT amount credit from another bank
4.when I lost my temper explaining 5 times requested to connect with manager, call got transferred to IVR (good I have auto record option to play tat poor call handling in social media to share how effective ur call centre work)
5.finally after multiple attempts there was one soul spoke with concern transfferd call to manager again came with TAT OF 48 HOURS though explaining this is from 3 aprmy mom has medical emergency pls help Was this information helpful? |
