Your recovery team don't have any manners to talk with customer...They come with a very attitude and speak with very arrogantly...like we have taken there money...
The loan which I availed is forced me to take by your team with lot of request that time no one gave the information regarding payment recovery..."that our recovery team will come at any time and you will get calls continuous in a day..."
Inspite provided details regarding payment from online mode (pls upgrade your mode of payment via online) still that recovery person was doing argument to us and even he was not try to listen also...
And i[censored]r consumer care is close on Sunday how can the person can come on Sunday without asking...
Very bad treatment and please educate your recovery team to how to speak with customer and not to insult them...
