[Resolved]  Tata Capital — Home loan fraud - lack of accountability and duty corruption

I am Praveen Karkada, I had applied for home loan with TCHFL loan application no. APPL50149876 dated 23/09/2021.

I had a worst experience with TCHFL on this loan application and I have decided to withdraw my application and not to go for any loan related services from Tata capital.

I had submitted all my documents and loan application through your sales executive Mr. RAM and sales manager Mr. Vishnu (+91 779XXX9411 ) was coordinating with me on this., It's been more than 70 days since they took my application and kept on giving excuses and reasons - please note 6000rs was collected as part of pre processing and stamp paper charges.

All the verification and In principle approval was done long back and now they are saying technical approval is delayed and disbursement is on hold. I am tired of reaching out to Vishnu as he rejects my calls and sometimes gets it answered by others and keep giving excuses.

I have decided to withdraw my application and sent a formal mail as a letter of withdrawal of loan application - APPL50149876 dated 23/09/2021. I am not responsible for any consequences arising out of that application here after.

Also, I have asked Mr. Ram to return all my signed documents and 6000rs but they are not returning my documents and giving excuses and reasons its been more than a week since I told them to return my documents.

I have sent repeated emails on but no luck, they are saying my mail Id is not registered and hence can't provide resolution. There is no accountability, credibility and integrity - full of duty corruption and fraudsters are employed here I guess.
