Hi sir, After calling number of time to tata capital and i given level2 customer Grievance. Every time they will tell some date, finally i will not receive Documents, because of that i am writing mail to rbi. Loan account no:9101078. Ticket no: 1709817 raised on 1st week of february. Requested documents: Tata capital field officer report -- certified copy Loan sanctioned --- certified copy. Property verification report -- certified copy. Please help to relove my issue. I have recived the documents on[protected]. but i am unable to read single line in document, because they intensively sended the document, they don't want to understand that document by me. 99.9 % blur of document. there is no use of sending such a document. please send them to send good print quality document, so i can read.
