This is in reference to my loan application (APPLXXXX8303).
I got to know that the disbursement was rejected even when the legal and technical were cleared, which was informed to me by Sales manager Amisha Manjrekar - Mumbai, i-Think Lodha (Thane W).
I also got to know that RCM (Manoj Yadav) is not comfortable in doing the disbursement. Hence I would like to have complete clarity to understand more details.
I am not able to understand what type of comfort is RCM looking for?
All this is coming when the go-ahead was given to me, docket was signed, cheques taken, PMAY form was signed, challans were paid, etc. If TCHFL was not comfortable, why was all these troubles given ? Why it was not cleared on the 1st Day.

Where is the issue? Basis what were the above docs asked by Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd.
Please understand that I have made payment of multiple things which includes token to the seller, Tata Capital Processing fees, etc. All these are my hard earned money and cannot have this going into waste.
Statements from Amisha Manjrekar are as under;
1) RCM is not finding comfort in performing disbursements
2) Technical of the building are not clear. Building is in a bad state. This is coming after signing the dockets.
3) It depends on the mentality of the person approving the disbursement. I am surprised to know that TCHFL is working on the mentality of individuals and not following processes. Pathetic.
4) Flat is in a bad state. Even when it was informed that the Flat was vacant for the last 6 months and prior it was on rent. So it's understood that the condition would not be good. However, it would not remain the same when someone purchases it. (Should be understood by the Tata Capital team)
NOTE : There is already a Flat on the same floor, same building, same locality, same seller which was financed from the same Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited just 4-6 moths before.
Not able to understand how can the condition of building deteriorate in just 4-6 months and to an extent where it is questioned in technical.
All this has caused me harassment and mental anguish and I have incurred losses too.

People reading my post would understand the unprofessional behavior of Tata Capital. Better not to go with them else you would waste your time, efforts and money.
