[Resolved] Tata Capital — Incorrectly charged by tata capital and no response to my emails | |||
Hi team, I have personal loan with tata capital loan account # 21219575. I have applied for moratorium in april and may month and tata capital did not considered that they are charging unnecessary and increased my principal amount without any notification. I have been sending emails to tata capital however they are not responding to my emails when i call customer care they will say we will check after that they are disconnecting my call without proper explanation. Since i have taken moratorium for two months my outstanding unpaid principle amount should be 25, 698+ accrued interest. Now tata capital showing overdue principal amount 38997+ accrued interest and overdue charges and other charges. They have cheated me putting wrong principal amount and other charges. Please help!
