Tata Capital — Loan against my fraus documents

With warm regards and faithfully i request for following Details.
I have taken loan from your Tata Capital Financial Service Limited.
I am very thank ful to Tata Capital Finance Limited.
Unfortunately last week i passed from road and made with a small accident. In that case i lost all my original document from my vehicle. so i humble request to provide me all the details of my Loan and also provide me all the images of my loan documents . if you provide my all documents as early as possible so i can given it all in my nearest bank they also want my loan documents for verification.
If it is possible pls send me xerox copy of the loan documents.
