Tata Capital — Loan has not been disbursed bt asking for EMI PAYMENT

We applied loan on 30th April and we sign e-mandate on the same day. We were told loan will be disbursed on the same day. Loan was not disbursed even after 3 days and agent stopped replying as well. We called customer care and they replied loan has been rejected and today we got call for EMI. This is first time you do not get loan and still company asking for EMI. Looking foe legal options now as this looks a big scam by tata capital. This is not expected from a company who used Tata logo +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
