Respected sir/madam,
I am writing this complaint with reference to my personal loan application bearing ID:[protected]. I had applied for the loan on 31 st of July 2023 and by yesterday and day before yesterday all the document verification was completed and I was assured that the amount would be disbursed by yesterday around the time between (7PM & 9PM), but the amount is still not disbursed and despite calling and texting several times I am not getting any status update on my application.
I was waiting with a hope that the loan amount will be credited in my account, as promised but till now the amount is not credited. I am not even able to call the customer care number provided in your website because every time I try to call that number they say that my number is not registered with Tata Capital for any loan service. I feel like I have been cheated upon. It's been almost 3 days. Is it some kind of joke for you people to play with people's sentiments, because the loan was approved by Tata Capital and they promised me that the loan will be disbursed yesterday, so I didn't apply for a loan in other banks.
I request for a transparency in status update and quick disbursal for my loan amount as soon as possible, as promised.
