As i am in medical emergency, applied for the person loan through your customer service and updated my new address on call (While applying).
I submitted the documents to your executive mr. Nagraj and said him that im in emergency and try to process the loan as early as possible with high priority. Mr. Nagraj and branch people were helped me a lot and done all formalities with in 2 days and tried to disburse the loan. But loan not disbursed because of address mismatch.
Your call centre people sent the lead to branch with old address mistakenly and new address updated in branch as per the documents submitted by me. Because of this mismatch, branch unable to disburse the loan and said me that in-person verification is mandatory.
In-person verification will take 2 days and weekend ahead. So, it will take more than 4days for loan disbursement as already im in medical emergency.
I called your customer service for help (Because its their mistake). nobody in your customer service knows english, knows process and trying to resolve problems of customers. totally 7 members spoken with me by transferred the calls from one to others because of their inability to the call. Finally call was transferred to mr. Sudheer (Team manager) by mrarbaz. I requested mr. Sudheer to take my case as exceptional and help me asap.
As an ex bank employee, i know how service industry works and how exceptionals and deviations work with higher authority authorisations, if customer needs help in critical condition.
Mr. Sudheer spoken very rudely with irresponsible behaviour. he denied to help me in this and he dont want to escalate my case to his seniors who can help me. he was challenged that no one can help me and i cannot do any complaint on him.
I spoken with mr. Sudheer on call around @4:30pm, september 12, 2019. Mr. Arbaz transferred the call to sudheer, arbaz also behaved same like sudheer, but transferred call to his senior, better than sudheer.
Is this called customer service? is sudheer working in reputed finance company customer service or local road side small finance company running with rowdies? Is this the way to speak with customers who depends on your company in their critical situations? I dont know why tata capital is recruiting the incapable persons like mr. Sudheer and mr. Arbaz.
Because of mr. Sudheer, i unable to get any help from customer service in time (Medical emergency). who is responsible if anything would happen to the person who is in medical emergency. I think humans can compensate money, not lives.
I need resolution on my issue asap at least from higher authorities who sits in responsible position and severe action has to be taken on mr. Sudheer and mr. Arbaz who is spoiling the reputation of your company and troubling your customers with their unacceptable behaviour.
