Tata Capital — Multiple loan accounts are open, but one loan is sanctioned in my name.

I applied for a personal loan of Rs 1, 22, 000 in February 2024 for loan disbursement on my bank account dated 28/02/2024. It will be fine and ok to their terms & conditions of that loan, but now I am logged in to the Tata Capital mobile application, and there is another new loan account number that was active in my name of Rs 64, 000 without my knowledge for 6 months. kindly resolved it. How will it be possible for someone else to take a loan amount on their bank account in my name? My existing loan account number is TCFPL[protected].
