I have made a request through helpline and they asked to go to the nearest service branch for making the request, which I did at Banjara Hills branch at Hyderabad. There the executives said they won't take the request as everything is done through email (customercare.[protected]@tatacapital.com) which I did it promptly on the same day. I received a letter after 4 days informing me that I have to raise the request through helpline no. They attend the calls after waiting for at least 20 minutes and says again to go to the service branch.
