Tata Capital — PAN card misused and took loan for fraud

My pan card has been misused and 2 loans have been taken by someone. I have raised Cibil dispute ticket. And Also i tried to complement respective bank but i am not ale to contact them. My Cibil score went down. because of this my housing loans was rejected by banks. Can you help me to update the proper information to Cibil?.
